Beef & Stilton

Starts out life like a traditional pasty with potato, swede and onion topped with beef then scattered with a helping of creamy blue stilton cheese.

Cheese & Bacon

Mature Cheddar cheese and richly smoked bacon along with potato & onion.

Steak & “Tribute” Ale.

Tribute Ale was voted supreme champion ale of Cornwall by CAMRA and was first brewed by St Austell brewery to celebrate the 1999 solar eclipse. We use this award-winning rich Ale to marinate our steak for 24 hours, giving this pasty its distinctive rich flavour.

Lamb & Mint Pasty

Fresh diced lamb marinated in a rich mint sauce is layered on top of mint seasoned potato, onion and swede.

Creamy Chicken

Plump chicken breast pieces, local potatoes, leeks and onion are mixed with a creamy béchamel sauce
