All of our pasties are made in Cornwall from top quality ingredients – which are locally sourced where possible. They are crimped by hand using traditional skills passed down through generations of Cornish families.

Our traditional steak pasties are made to our own very special recipe and contain 65% more steak than your average Cornish pasty

Meat Varieties

Traditional Steak pasty - small, medium, large & giant

Our top seller! Potato, Swede (known as turnip in Cornwall) and onion are freshly chopped. We then hand layer a very generous portion of top quality beef skirt onto the vegetables and sprinkle with our secret seasoning. The perfect pasty.

Beef & Stilton

Starts out life like a traditional pasty with potato, swede and onion topped with beef we then add a wonderfully tangy stilton sauce made from the finest mature stilton.

Beef Curry

Top quality beef is marinated in our Madras curry sauce full of wonderful Indian spices, garlic and ginger. This is then tumbled together with potato and onion to create an Indian taste sensation.

Cheese & Bacon

Mature Cheddar cheese and richly smoked bacon along with potato & onion.

Chicken & Bacon

Chicken breast pieces, smoked bacon, potato, onion and sweetcorn with a deeply creamy yet slightly smoky sauce.

Cornish Pasty ingredients

Chicken and white wine sauce

Plump chicken breast pieces, local potatoes, leeks and onion are mixed with a creamy béchamel sauce.

Corned Beef

Traditional corned beef with potatoes and onions – simple and satisfying.

Ham & Leek

Quality ham, potato, leek, mixed peppers and onion enveloped in a creamy mature Cheddar cheese sauce.

Lamb & Mint

Fresh diced lamb marinated in a rich mint sauce is layered on top of mint seasoned potato, onion and swede.

Pork & Apple

Juicy pork with potatoes and onion comes to life with our tangy apple sauce and seasoning.

Spicy Chicken Curry

Mango chutney, lime pickle and spices are blended with chicken, onion and potato to give this chicken pasty its wonderful curry flavour.

Steak & “Tribute” Ale.

Tribute Ale was voted supreme champion ale of Cornwall by CAMRA and was first brewed by St Austell brewery to celebrate the 1999 solar eclipse. We use this award-winning rich Ale to marinate our steak for 24 hours, giving this pasty its distinctive rich flavour.

Vegetable varieties

Broccoli, cheese & sweetcorn

Broccoli, sweetcorn and creamy cheese mixed with potato and swede. A real super food pasty!

Cheese & mushroom

A delicious mixture of fresh sliced mushrooms and mature Cheddar cheese, seasoned and combined with a rich mushroom bouillon makes this a real vegetarian treat.

Cheese & onion

Our most popular vegetarian pasty. Mature Cheddar with sweet onion and potato – a real cheese sensation.

Vegetable

Sweetcorn, peas, carrots, red peppers, potato and swede are combined with a special seasoning – a good helping of your 5 a day in a pasty.

Spicy Veg

Mixed peppers, green beans, carrots, kidney beans, onion and potato are spiced up with garlic, soy, ginger and a generous amount of chilli powder – a veggie chilli con carne.

Wholemeal Veg

A healthy Wholemeal pasty filled with sweetcorn, peas, carrots, sweet peppers, potatoes and onion.
