Tribute Ale was voted supreme champion ale of Cornwall by CAMRA and was first brewed by St Austell brewery to celebrate the 1999 solar eclipse. We use this award-winning rich Ale to marinate our steak for 24 hours, giving this pasty its distinctive rich flavour.
